Bala Venkatesan is an Indian-American filmmaker based in Los Angeles. He was born in Chennai India before shortly moving to the Boston Area where he grew up.

He grew up skateboarding and filming his friends. This eventually turned into a passion for filmmaking and visual arts. He attended Emerson College where he graduated with a B.A in Film Production.

Upon relocating to Los Angeles, he would soon connect with many local musicians and start making music videos. This led to many amazing opportunities to work with bigger artists and labels including Capitol Records.

Bala is a passionate Director and Editor who loves pushing the limits of his creativity in all his projects.
